Kobus Braii

On the other side of the globe, South African-born chef Kobus Brotha will plunge you into the heart of South African tradition and introduce you to one of the jewels of his country's cuisine: Boerewors. These emblematic South African sausages, whose name literally means "farmer's sausage" in Afrikaans, are much more than just a dish: they are the symbol of a rich culinary heritage and unparalleled conviviality.
