We are true experts in the burger patty. Over the past 12 years, we have developed a unique level of expertise. Our cheddars come from a small farm in Somerset, England, and are aged from 6 to 18 months. Our buns are baked fresh every morning, and their recipe required more than 50 trials to perfect. Whenever possible and meaningful, we source directly from producers. Not a single ingredient enters PNY without first being approved by Graffi’s discerning palate. We are constantly searching for new recipes, ingredients, techniques, and encounters that help us become a little better every day. Restoring the burger’s reputation — that is our humble mission.
